RETURN POLICY

By using this site and all other sites under its management, you, herein known as "User," agree to all of the following, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Earnings and Income Disclaimer. This agreement sets forth rights and obligations as a User of Relic Words LLC d/b/a Sounds Beyond Afterlife website and materials.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLAODS

Digital items (ebooks, courses, audio/video files, lead magnets) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unaccessed/unopened. Post-download/access, no refunds due to immediate delivery nature. Proof required: Order confirmation and account screenshot showing no opens/downloads.

2. PHYSICAL & PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Merchandise, CDs, books (POD) refundable within 30 days for defects/damages (carrier issues only). User pays return shipping. Proof: Photos of damage, carrier claim number. No refunds for wear/tear, personalization errors User-provided, or buyer's remorse.

3. SERVICES, CUSTOM CREATIONS, AND PREMIUM OFFERINGS

Custom songs, lessons, coaching, concerts, events: No refunds on deposits (non-refundable upon commitment). Post-milestone/start (e.g., draft delivery, session begin), full non-refundable. Pre-contract cancellations: Case-by-case, fees apply. Proof not applicable; binding contracts govern.

4. MEBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Recurring access (tiers/vaults): Cancel anytime, no refunds for past periods used. 7-day trial refunds if unused (proof: No logins). Pro-rated not offered.

5. AFFILIATE, REFERRAL, AND FUNNEL PROGRAMS

No refunds – signup-only, commissions post-sale. Funnel offers/boost redirects: Third-party terms apply; Relic Words LLC d/b/a Sounds Beyond Afterlife not liable.

6. REFUND PROCESS AND PROOFS

Requests within windows only. Submit via email [email protected] or support portal with order ID, proof (screenshots/tickets/photos). Confirmation within 48 hours; process 5-10 business days (minus fees: 3-5% processing/shipping). Denials auto for incompletes/outside windows.

7. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

No refunds: Financed/discounted sales, coaching/services post-start, outcomes/results (see Earnings Disclaimer), international shipping variances, User errors. Chargebacks/disputes: Collections + fees (max legal); reported agencies; future bans.
